Summary
Oh boy, I'm so tired when will I ever feel betterWe all get tired, weary, worn out. It is brought on by playing hard and working hard. This is normal. But do you feel fatigued too often? Do you believe in aNo way, not me - I don't ever want to feel that bad!good cup of coffee to start the day? The next question is when does too much fatigue become a medical problem? It's similar to the question when does the common cold become pneumonia?

"Feed a cold and starve a fever" -- or is it "starve a cold and feed a fever?" I never get it right. The real answer is take care of yourself. Take care of your body and it will take care of you. Take a nutritional supplement not to create an instant burst of energy, rather, take a nutritional supplement to repair the body systems so it can create an ongoing energy supply. This nutritional supplement is called NADH.

Definition of Fatigue
The word fatigue is defined in many ways. 1. The decreased capacity or complete inability of an organism, an organ, or a part of an organ to function normally because of excessive stress, or prolonged, excessive stimulation. 2. To tire physically or mentally; weary. 3. Physical or mental weariness usually resulting from some type of exerting force.

Taking care of fatigue, yourself
Yea, I feel good
If you're like me, you don't like going to the doctor. I can take care of the cold myself. Just tell me what I should do to feel healthy again. I'll do it. How does the body get to feel energetic again without coffee, caffeine, stimulants, drugs, or medication? If you haven't already, take the guided tour and it will teach you how nature creates energy in your body.

If a person feels fatigued, their number one complaint is their lack of energy, and they always feel tired. What someone perceives as a lack of physical and mental energy, usually correlates with a lack of energy in their brain & muscle cells. The coenzyme NADH supplies brain & muscles cells with energy. NADH is found naturally in all living cells. NADH is as important as oxygen and glucose (food) in the production of cellular energy. The more NADH a cell has available, the more energy the cell can produce.

What you need to do is simple. Help your body with a natural, safe nutritional supplement that creates energy. The best nutritional supplement for energy production is coenzyme #1, called NADH / Co-E1. It is called coenzyme #1 because it ranks highest in importance above all other coenzymes, or vitamins in the body.

Common causes of fatigue
People burn out. My grandfather said, "people spend their health to acquire wealth. Once they've gotten their wealth, they spend their wealth to acquire health." The causes of burn out are as numerous as the number of people who feel fatigued. We're not alone. One in seven people answer "Yes" when asked the question: Do you feel more tried today then you did a year ago? Personally, I thought the number would be more like 1 in 3 or 1 in 4.

Tired of being fatigued
Their comes a time when fatigue is a problem. Chronic fatigue is a real illness (see the section called chronic fatigue syndrome.) The concern is that most doctors and health care professionals don't know when fatigue becomes a problem. It is easier for them to answer the question when does the common cold become pneumonia.

The following set of criteria defines fatigue:

  • mild fever or chills, sometimes with a sore throat
  • painful lymph nodes in the neck
  • unexplained muscle weakness or sudden muscle pain
  • headaches, tension, stiffness in the neck & shoulders
  • body aches and pains without any swelling
  • forgetfulness, inability or a difficulty to attempting to concentrate, short-term memory problems
  • excessive feeling of being "blue" or depressed
  • disturbances in normal sleeping habits, anxiety while trying to go to sleep, taking short naps because of a poor nights sleep
  • abnormal eating habits, eating for a quick energy boost, eating when not hungry

If you have reached this point, fatigue is becoming an illness. These symptoms for fatigue are only valid if they are not associated with another illness (such as a cold, the flu, an adverse allergic reaction, etc.) In other words, all other illness and adverse reactions have to be excluded before the physician can make a diagnosis of fatigue.

Who suffers
Statistically speaking, people over 30 experience fatigue more often than people under 30. The statistics maintain a close relationship (or correlation) with age. In other words, the older people get, the more often they suffer from fatigue like symptoms.

Women have a higher statistical average of being fatigued than men. Maybe society places too much of a burden on women. When television commercials suggest that a woman could advance her professional career, be a good wife, housekeeper, cook the children dinner every night, and maintain a healthy & happy home - that's a lot or stress!. And it was suggested women could do all this without making difficult tradeoffs. As a man, I realize that creates a lot of stress. Something has got to give. Maybe that's why more women are fatigued.

NADH dosage
If the body's levels of NADH are depleted, brain & muscle cells can no longer function effectively. The coenzyme NADH supplies brain & muscles cells with energy. The more NADH a cell has available, the more energy the cell can produce.

Take NADH / Co-E1® as a nutritional supplement to relieve the symptoms of fatigue. Dr. Birkmayer, the inventor of Co-E1 or NADH recommends one 5mg NADH tablet a day. When the symptoms of fatigue are relieved, continue to take one 5mg NADH tablet every day or every other day.

Dr. Birkmayer says: "By supplying our body with NADH we can support the functions of the central nervous system and energy production in all cells.

Everyone should take NADH daily. Your body will thank you for the additional energy. Your brain will be smarter for using it. NADH will protect you against disease because its the most biologically potent antioxidant."
