NADH energy release

. . .to the previous page

NADH / Co-E1® tablets should be taken with a glass of water, on an empty stomach 20 - 30 minutes before a meal, preferably in the morning. This list is a summary from the web page: how to take Co-E1 for maximum energy release.

  1. Do not eat or drink for at least 4 to 6 hours, before taking Co-E1. It's best to take it on an empty stomach.
  2. Drink a 6 - 8 ounce glass of water, then wait 20 to 30 minutes before swallowing anything but water.
  3. Taking Co-E1 with coffee, milk, apple juice, any juice, foods, vitamins or other medications, destroys the pure NADH.
  4. For best results don't lay down or go back to bed during the 20 to 30 minute wait. Perform any task you would normally do during this time. Experience shows: Standing, walking or simply moving around for the 20 to 30 minute wait works best in people who are having difficulties absorbing nutrients into their body. (i.e., chronic fatigue suffers).
  5. Say out loud, what results you expect from taking NADH. This time your attempting to get what you ask for.
  6. After the 20 to 30 minute wait, take your other medication, drugs, vitamins; or eat, or drink as you would normally.
  7. The positive physical & mental effects of NADH can be felt as early as 3 to 10 days. For some, 30 to 60 days. As we are all unique individuals, results will vary depending on the condition being treated. For some it may take more time for nature's miracle to occur.
