Photosynthesis

Photosynthesis in green plants turn simple materials into glucose & oxygen with the help of the sun. In the simplest of definitions, glucose means the food we eat and oxygen means the air we breathe. The human body uses glucose (digested food) as fuel to create energy.

The sun's energy is locked away into glucose. It takes the body's digestive system to turn different types of food back into glucose. Glucose is the fuel the body burns to create its power, its energy.

Einstein said: energy can not be created, nor destroyed. All forms of energy are interchangeable; that is, heat can be changed into motion; motion can be changed into electricity, which, in turn, can give light or heat again.
