Conclusion:
How to get more energy for yourself
. . . to the previous page
It is a simple biochemistry answer. When you need more energy, and there is enough fuel & air, check the NADH spark plugs. Take an NADH nutritional supplement.
Glucose
+ 6 oxygen molecules
output of respiration Cellular
Respiration
output of respiration
38 units of ATP energy + 6 carbon dioxide molecules
+ 6 water molecules

NADH creates the most energy

Glucose
+ 6 oxygen molecules
output of photosynthesis photosynthesis in green plants output of photosynthesis
the sun's energy +
+
6 carbon dioxide molecules
6 water molecules

What you see in the picture above are scientific facts.

For one reason or another, as we age in a body of 60 trillion cells, some of the NADH spark plugs are missing or need replacing. Cells don't produce enough power. It's not because they don't want to, it's because they don't have the NADH spark. No spark, no power.

Biochemistry formula
This will bring back memories. Our science teachers will be proud to know that we remember this biochemistry formula:

C6H12O6 + 6O2 output of respiration 38 ATP + 6H2O + 6CO2
output of photosynthesis
glucose oxygen human
energy
water carbon
dioxide

Look closely. The picture on the left can be rearranged to make the picture on the right, and vice versa.
